One of the most acclaimed indie bottlers in the business, Signatory Vintage has a reputation for never picking a bad barrel. This is another dram that maintains the track record – a single vintage whisky, distilled in 1997 at the Inchgower distillery. This spirit was aged initially in Bourbon hogshead casks, before a finish in a single fresh Sherry butt for 34 months. Typical Inchgower spice is matched up nicely with Sherry sweetness.
