This 30ml taster of Togouchi 9 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky offers a unique fusion of Scottish and Canadian whiskies, aged in oak casks within a former railway tunnel in Japan. The nose presents sweet apricot and plum notes, complemented by baking spices. On the palate, citrus elements of lemon and orange peel emerge, underpinned by a subtle peat smoke. The finish is characterised by hints of anise, cardamom, and caramel, delivering a balanced and nuanced experience.
