About this product
Retro Style. Modern Precision.
Bring iconic retro-inspired design to your desktop with the 8BitDo Retro R8 Mouse – N Edition. Designed to complement the 8BitDo Retro Mechanical Keyboard, the Retro R8 combines nostalgic styling with responsive performance, versatile connectivity and extensive customisation for both gaming and everyday use.
Powered by the high-performance PAW 3395 sensor, the Retro R8 offers six adjustable sensitivity levels ranging from 50 to 26,000 DPI. Adjustable polling rates of up to 8,000Hz in wired mode deliver fast, precise tracking, while the lightweight 77g symmetrical design supports comfortable claw and fingertip grip styles.
Kailh Sword GM X micro switches provide crisp, tactile feedback with reduced pre-travel and durability rated for up to 100 million clicks. Four programmable side buttons can be customised through 8BitDo Ultimate Software V2, allowing users to remap controls, create macros and adjust DPI, polling rate, lift-off distance and scroll direction.
Connect your way using Bluetooth 5.3, low-latency 2.4GHz wireless or wired USB. The included multifunctional charging dock keeps the mouse powered, stores the wireless adapter and works as a signal extender for a stable and responsive connection.
With left- and right-handed mode switching, long-lasting rechargeable battery life and a streamlined retro aesthetic, the 8BitDo Retro R8 Mouse delivers classic personality without compromising modern performance.
