About this product
From legendary director Takashi Miike (Audition, Ichi the Killer) comes AGITATOR, a nihilistic yakuza epic that that spirals deep into the power struggles within Japan's organized crime underworld.
When an ambitious boss sets in motion a scheme to consolidate power among rival factions, a loyal but disillusioned gang enforcer finds himself caught between duty, betrayal, and shifting alliances.
Slow-burning and thoughtful while unmistakably Miike, AGITATOR is sharp, violent and realistic, further cementing Miike’s reputation as one of the most exciting and innovative directors in the world.
