Vineyards amp Vintage Conditions

The Shiraz grapes are sourced from the Riverland region in South Australia, where warm daytime temperatures and cooler nights contribute to preserving the fruits natural acidity and aromatics. The vintage conditions were ideal for producing vibrant, fruit-forward wines with balanced structure.

Winemaking Process

Grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure freshness. The fruit underwent gentle pressing and cool fermentation to retain its natural flavours. Minimal intervention during winemaking resulted in a clean, expressive Shiraz true to its varietal character.

Appearance Deep red with purple hues.

Aroma Ripe berry and plum fruit aromas with notes of spice and pepper.

Palate Rich ripe blackberries and plums precede fine, soft, smooth tannins and a good length of fruit. Some vanillin and toast characters provide a well-balanced finish.
