Aperion Daedalus DS15 15" Powered Subwoofer (Black Oak) - Elite Electronics

Single 15-Inch Treated Paper Composite Woofer with 550W Class D Power for Deep Room-Filling Bass

The Aperion Daedalus DS15 is a high-performance 15-inch active subwoofer designed to bring visceral low-frequency power and clarity to home cinema and high-fidelity stereo systems. Powered by a robust 550W RMS Class D amplifier driving a lightweight paper composite cone, it reproduces subterranean bass extension down to 18 Hz with exceptional speed and dynamic control. Encased in an internally braced 1-inch MDF cabinet with a classic Black Oak finish, it features balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs/outputs for effortless integration.

• 15-Inch High-Excursion Paper Composite Driver: Utilises a lightweight treated paper composite cone with a robust rubber surround to deliver fast transient response, low distortion, and natural acoustic warmth.
• 550W RMS Class D Power Amplifier: Delivers up to 1100 Watts of peak output with specialized distortion-detection circuitry to maintain ultra-clean bass response even at high volume levels.
• Balanced XLR & Unbalanced RCA Connectivity: Features both RCA and noise-rejecting balanced XLR inputs and outputs, allowing seamless daisy-chaining across multi-subwoofer configurations.
• Front-Inverted Bass Reflex Port: Engineered with a tuned front port to optimize air displacement and maximize low-end extension without port turbulence or chuffing.
• Internally Braced 1-Inch MDF Cabinet: Constructed from dense 1-inch MDF board with structural internal bracing to minimize panel vibration and acoustic resonance.
• Smart Auto-Power & Standby Modes: Automatically activates when an audio signal is detected and transitions into a power-saving standby mode after 30 minutes of inactivity.
