RGB Stripe Pixel OLED Technology

Pixel-Perfect Clarity

The ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS uses a revolutionary RGB Stripe Pixel OLED sub-pixel arrangement that redefines visual clarity. Unlike traditional OLED structures that result in colour fringing in text, the stripe pixel arrangement delivers remarkably sharper text and exceptionally accurate colour reproduction, making it ideal for any task demanding precise visual fidelity.

BlackShield™ Film

Unprecedented Durability and Contrast

The panel of ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS is fortified with BlackShield™, a cutting-edge film that significantly boosts panel durability and visual contrast.

Enhanced Scratch Resistance

BlackShield film increases the panel's hardness to offer 2.5X better scratch resistance versus previous-gen QD-OLED panels. This innovative layer provides peace of mind, ensuring the display remains protected from accidental abrasions during cleaning or handling, extending the monitor's lifespan.

Boosted Perceived Black Levels

BlackShield also boosts the perceived black level by up to 40% in well-lit environments, compared to previous-gen QD-OLED panels. This means you'll experience even deeper, richer blacks and an exceptional contrast ratio, delivering breathtaking gaming visuals and cinematic content, regardless of ambient lighting conditions.

ASUS OLED Care Pro

Screen Protection

New ASUS OLED Care Pro technology provides a full set of customisable monitor settings (Features may vary by model.) to protect and ensure the longevity of the OLED panel. Plus, it includes the new Neo Proximity Sensor designed to guard against panel burn-in. All settings can be easily managed via DisplayWidget Center.

Neo Proximity Sensor

The built-in Neo Proximity Sensor precisely detects your distance from the monitor. When you step away, the monitor transitions to a black image to protect against panel burn-in; and it instantly restores content when you return. Detection distance can be customised to suit your preference, ensuring maximum convenience and protection.

Note: For best results, please ensure the monitor sensor is clean and free from dust.

Pixel Cleaning

The screen recalibrates after the monitor has been active for several hours―a process (Do not unplug the power cord during the cleaning process.) that takes just a few minutes and activates automatically when the monitor is turned off.

Screen Move

Pixel locations are slightly shifted periodically to help prevent burn-in, with several selectable movement levels.

Boundary Detection

The Boundary Detection feature dynamically reduces pixel brightness along the boundaries of black bars onscreen, and also slightly shifts the pixel of the near borders.

Screen Saver

The screen dims automatically after two minutes of inactivity.

Logo Brightness Adjustment

Static onscreen logos are detected and their brightness is automatically reduced t
