Mercury Rev's new release, Born Horses, is a luxuriant and stridently romantic noir recording that was put to tape by the band in their studio in the Catskills and mixed by Peter Katis. "Mercury Rev look on the bright side in songs that restore the faith."
The Independent "Grand melodic songwriting" Shindig "Songs crammed full of soaring melodies and an infectious sense of wonder." Sunday Times Born Horses will be released September 6th via Bella Union.
