Handcrafted locally in Sydney, Australia, using solid New Zealand Pine sourced from sustainable plantations, the Cambridge is built for durability, stability and everyday comfort. Every timber component is made from genuine solid pine, with no veneer, MDF or particleboard.

Designed for customers seeking a strong, heavy-duty wooden bed frame that does not easily squeak or wobble, the Cambridge features reinforced timber construction and a secure mattress support system.

Heavy-Duty Solid Pine Slats – Secure & Squeak-Resistant

Each heavy-duty solid pine slat measures 90mm wide x 35mm thick and rests inside its own individual timber slot, preventing the slats from sliding or shifting during use.

This secure slat system, combined with the reinforced timber frame, helps minimise squeaking, rattling and unwanted movement while providing reliable mattress support.

• Single and Double: 11 solid pine slats.
• King Single, Queen, King and Super King: 12 solid pine slats.
• Slat Spacing: Approximately 7–8cm.
• Queen: Full-length central support rail.
• King and Super King: Central support rail with two additional floor-standing legs.
• Weight Capacity: Up to 480kg combined weight, depending on bed size and support configuration.

Extra-Large Solid Pine Storage Drawers – Holds Up to 70kg Each

The Cambridge features spacious solid pine under-bed storage drawers, designed for strength, stability and convenient everyday use.

Each drawer runs on floor-supported wheels for smooth opening and closing and can hold up to 70kg of evenly distributed weight without excessive wobbling when used on a suitable level floor.

Drawer Configuration

• Single and King Single: One long drawer, available on either the left or right side of your choice.
• Double, Queen, King and Super King: Two long drawers, one on each side of the bed.

Standard Drawer Dimensions: 141cm W x 55cm D x 21cm H.

Single and Double Sit-Flush Options: Approximately 126cm W x 55cm D x 21cm H.

Timber Stain Colours & Protective Lacquer Finishes

Choose from a large range of timber stain colours and quality protective lacquer sealers, including natural clear pine, light timber tones, warm honey shades and darker finishes.
