The Cube Custom Four Poster Timber Bed Frame makes a feature of solid pine from floor to top rail. Its four upright posts and straight overhead rails give the bed a clear, balanced shape, while the substantial fixed headboard provides a solid backdrop for sitting up and relaxing. The open sides and low foot rail keep the space around the mattress feeling generous.

Cube’s headboard sits high, so more of the timber panel remains on show above the mattress. The frame is made to order in Australia, with a choice of sizes, colours and clearance beneath the side rails. A light finish brings out the pine grain; a deeper stain gives the straight frame a bolder outline.

Set the clearance.
Choose the standard drawing configuration or an under-bed clearance from 5cm to 35cm. The measurement runs from the floor to the underside of the side rail—the usable open space beneath the frame. More clearance gives you extra room for cleaning or suitable storage boxes; a lower setting brings the base closer to the floor.

Choose your finish.
Tinted lacquer: Choose from light, natural-looking shades, warm mid-tones and deeper colours. The tinted lacquer adds colour and seals the timber with a smooth protective coating, while natural variations in grain give each bed its own character.

These are the external frame dimensions. The standard drawing shows an overall height of 198cm, a headboard height of 120cm and 20cm clearance beneath the frame. A different clearance or custom size changes the relevant measurements, so check the drawing for your chosen configuration.

Cube Pine is supplied in the standard one-piece construction shown above. Allow for the large end sections when checking doorways, corridors, lifts and stair turns. The split service is oak-only, so please send our team your access measurements if there is a tight turn or narrow entry to consider or check out the Oak version here.
