100% Solid New Zealand Pine – No Veneer

Made from solid New Zealand pine sourced from sustainable plantations, the Danish features solid pine throughout the headboard, centre panel, side rails, foot end, legs and slats. No veneer is used. Natural variations in grain, knots and colour give every bed its own character.

Heavy-Duty Mattress Support

Substantial 9cm × 3.5cm solid pine slats, spaced approximately 7cm apart, provide dependable everyday support.

• Single and Double: 11 slats.
• king single: 12 slats
• Queen: 12 slats with a centre support rail.
• King and Super King: 12 slats with a centre support rail and two floor-supporting legs.
• Weight capacity: Up to 380kg combined on Double, Queen, King and Super King.

Colour and Finish Options

Choose from a large range of timber stain and lacquer tint colours with a satin lacquer finish. Black or white painted finishes are available at an additional cost.

For a more natural look, upgrade to Livos Kunos Oil, a VOC-friendly finish that enhances the pine’s grain and character.

Choose Your Mattress Fit

• Flush fit: The mattress and base have matching length and width, with no exposed timber border.
• 2cm sit-in: The mattress rests approximately 2cm inside the frame, leaving a visible timber border around it.

The flush-fit version is approximately 10cm narrower and 5cm shorter overall than the sit-in version.

Customise Your Bed

• Custom sizes, heights and under-bed clearances.
• Under-bed drawers or gas-lift storage – additional cost.
• Additional heavy-duty support for double available for an extra cost.
