Oblivion Batch 1 from Dark Valley Distilling encapsulates the ambitious spirit of its founder, Alex Moores, whose vision was to showcase the finest Tasmanian whisky. This vatted malt is a blend from several Tasmanian distilleries, matured in a mix of ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry, ex-Port, and ex-Red Wine barrels, offering a rich tapestry of flavours. Its crafted to reflect the raw, elemental qualities of Tasmania, making it a standout representation of regional craftsmanship at 45 ABV.
