Enhanced Intelligent Tracking

The RS Enhanced Intelligent Tracking Module allows subjects to be selected and tracked directly from the gimbal's touchscreen, helping maintain accurate framing at all times. Person tracking works at distances of up to 10 metres and supports automatic reacquisition if the subject briefly leaves the frame, making it well suited to dynamic and unpredictable shooting environments.

Powerful Stabilisation Performance

Peak motor torque has increased by 50 percent compared with the previous model, delivering excellent stability during fast-paced movement. The 5th-generation RS stabilisation algorithm is optimised for walking, running, and vertical shooting, ensuring a carefully balanced blend of smooth motion and responsive control. A dedicated Z-axis indicator provides real-time feedback to help achieve consistently steady, professional-looking footage.

Compact Build and Payload Capability

Weighing only 1.46 kg including the battery grip and quick-release plates, the RS 5 supports payloads of up to 3 kg while remaining highly portable. The battery charges fully in just one hour, offering significantly faster charging than the previous generation, and provides approximately 14 hours of standby time. When paired with the BG70 High-Capacity Battery Grip, maximum standby time can reach up to 30 hours, with support for 45W PD fast charging. The Electronic Briefcase Handle enables comfortable single-handed operation, with built-in controls that expand creative shooting angles.
