Meet the E-flite Habu XS 80mm EDF, a sophisticated sport jet inspired by iconic Habu designs. Scaled up from the popular Habu SS models, the XS features enhanced low-speed handling characteristics alongside blistering high-speed performance, making it an excellent choice for experienced pilots or as a first "full-house" jet for low-time EDF flyers.

At its heart lies a potent 6S-compatible Spektrum brushless motor and Avian 130-amp Smart ESC, driving a 12-blade 80mm fan. This efficient system delivers impressive thrust and speed, capable of level flight up to 193 km/h (120 MPH) with a turbine-like sound. It accommodates a wide range of 6S batteries from 4000mAh to 7000mAh for flexible flight times.

The composite-reinforced EPO airframe assembles quickly without glue. Functional features abound, including LED navigation and landing lights, effective flaps, and electric retracts with shock-absorbing trailing-link struts suitable for grass operations. The BNF Basic version includes an AR637TA+ receiver providing real-time telemetry, AS3X+ stability, optional SAFE Select, and optional thrust reversing capabilities.
