Key Features

• Immediate Macro Facility
• Full Autofocus and Exposure Support
• Flexible Extension Options

The 9mm X Extension Tube from Hasselblad is designed to shorten the minimum focusing distance of XCD lenses when paired with X-series camera bodies. This allows photographers to achieve greater maximum magnification for detailed close-up shots.

Full Autofocus and Exposure Support

Integrated electronic contacts ensure that autofocus remains fully functional while automatically compensating for exposure adjustments when using TTL metering or auto exposure settings. This maintains consistent image quality and accurate exposure.

Flexible Extension Options

The 9mm tube can be used alone or stacked with additional extension tubes to further increase the lens-to-sensor distance, offering even greater magnification for macro photography.

Compatibility with Teleconverters

The extension tube is also compatible with the X Converter 1.7x teleconverter, allowing photographers to combine macro and telephoto capabilities for creative flexibility.

Close-Focus Limitation

When attached, the lens cannot focus to infinity, and the focusing range is restricted to close distances. This ensures optimal performance for macro and near-field photography while maintaining high image quality.
