ICE Magnesium Muscle Recovery Spray is a topical cooling pain relief spray formulated for muscle cramps, spasms, sprains, strains and inflammation. This 100mL spray contains menthol 48.5mg/mL, arnica montana as flower dry 1.36mg/mL and magnesium chloride hexahydrate 48.5mg/mL. It is designed for fast application with a non-greasy spray format and can be used during or immediately after exercise. The medicine information also states it provides relief for muscular and joint aches, mild arthritic pain, swelling and minor injuries. Directions advise spraying 3 to 4 times onto the affected area, then gently massaging until absorbed, with repeat use 2 to 3 times daily as needed.
