About this product
Recorded at his final show as a London resident in August 2023, Live In London is a priceless memento of a significant musical event and the only existing recording to document Carl’s unique approach to live performance and band leading.
The band features master musicians Tomasz Bura (keyboards), Laurence Cottle (bass), and Francesco Mendolia (drums). Expertly recorded by Chris Lewis at London’s half-century old 606 Club, the atmosphere is electric and the performances are, at times, explosive and rocking, funky, and sublimely quiet and sensitive
