Lost on You

Influential rock band Tigers Jaw returns with Lost on You, a riveting seventh studio album produced by longtime collaborator Will Yip (Turnstile, Scowl). The record builds upon the critical success of 2021’s I Won’t Care How You Remember Me, refining their vulnerable yet self-assured style with newfound dynamics, textures, and tones.

Through their chemistry and forthrightness with one another, Tigers Jaw have reached a new apex of creativity, a peak from which the band processes the life changes that eventually come for everyone. Lost On You electrifyingly captures the beauty of simply letting go, remembering that you’ve survived what you’ve already experienced, and knowing that you’ll get through life’s latest transitions. Walsh says that “Primary Colors,” a bright and pensive track with a wailing, melancholy guitar solo, is about “your feelings being completely overwhelmed and taken over. You're experiencing things or seeing feelings in colors. It's an all-encompassing, full-body experience.” It’s meaningful advice in times of crisis: stay present amid the highs and lows alike, and there’s glory to be found.

Lost On You is a breathtaking reminder that, no matter what you go through, you’re always in the driver’s seat.
