Solid Oak Construction

The base frame is made entirely from solid Victorian Ash Oak and Solid Pine Slats. Its natural grain, clean lines and gently rounded leg details bring warmth and character to your bedroom.

Each base is carefully crafted, sanded and finished to achieve a smooth surface that highlights the timber’s natural beauty.

• Flush fit: The mattress and base have matching dimensions, creating a clean, streamlined appearance without an exposed timber border.
• Recessed fit with an exposed border: The mattress rests approximately 2cm inside the frame, leaving a visible timber border around it. This showcases more of the oak and creates a substantial platform-style look.

Heavy-Duty Solid Pine Slats

The Miami includes heavy-duty solid pine slats, providing a strong foundation for your mattress while allowing airflow underneath.

• 90mm × 35mm solid pine slats
• Approximately 70mm spacing between slats
• Single, King Single & Double: 11 solid pine slats
• Queen: 12 solid pine slats with a full-length centre support rail
• King & Super King: 12 solid pine slats with a full-length centre support rail and two additional centre support legs
• Optional additional centre support with legs available on selected sizes

Double, Queen, King and Super King bases support a combined weight of up to 380kg.
