Neodymium Countersunk Pot Magnet – 90mm x 18mm
The Neodymium Countersunk Pot Magnet – 90mm x 18mm delivers powerful magnetic holding for industrial mounting, workshop fixtures and removable assemblies. Featuring an N35 grade neodymium magnet housed within a protective steel pot, this heavy-duty mounting magnet has a rated pull force of 380kg .
Its 90mm diameter and 18mm height provide a broad contact face with a low-profile design. The steel pot concentrates magnetic attraction towards the holding face, making this rare earth pot magnet suitable for applications requiring strong attachment to compatible steel surfaces.
Countersunk Mounting for a Flush Fixing
The central countersunk hole allows the magnet to be secured to a bracket, panel or fixture using a suitable countersunk fastener. The hole measures 10.5mm through the centre , widening to 16.5mm at the countersunk opening , with a 90° countersink angle . A correctly matched fastener sits flush with or below the magnetic face, allowing even contact with the steel surface.
Key Features
Dimensions: 90mm diameter x 18mm height.
Magnet grade: N35 neodymium.
Rated pull force: 380kg.
Mounting hole: 10.5mm through-hole with a 16.5mm countersink.
Countersink angle: 90°.
Steel pot housing: Protects the magnet and directs magnetic force towards the contact face.
Applications
This 90mm countersunk neodymium pot magnet is suitable for machinery fixtures, removable access panels, positioning jigs, workshop mounting systems and display assemblies. Screw mounting secures the magnet to your component, while magnetic attraction provides a releasable connection to a suitable steel surface.
Selection note: The 380kg pull force refers to direct pull under suitable test conditions and is not a safe working load. Actual holding strength depends on steel thickness, surface condition, contact area, air gaps and the direction of force. Vertical mounting and sideways loads reduce holding capacity.
