Magnetic Product Description
This Neodymium Magnetic Fixing Plate is designed to secure sockets onto steel formwork. It features a diameter of 90mm with an M36 thread, a powerful pull force of 120kg, and is labeled with the AMF Magnetics Part Number MFP36.
Uses for our Neodymium Magnetic Plates
In order to reduce construction times and improve quality, prefabricated concrete sections that use steel formwork are now common in civil works and infrastructure projects. Bridges, Overpasses and Railways are constructed in this way. This Fixing Plate device contains a ring of powerful Rare Earth magnets that keep anything attached to the plate in the required position on steel mouldings or forms while the concrete is poured around it. Voids that contain utilities, provide drainage or access points for lifting apparatus are created with this magnetic device that can be removed when the fabrication is completed. Lightly oiling the casing will ensure its easy removal and make it reusable. Various sizes are available to suit a range of concrete panels.
