Don your finest bowler hat and get your pistol at the ready - The Avengers are back in this spectacular sequel series THE NEW AVENGERS! Original series creators Brian Clements and Albert Fennell returned to fill our screens with two more series of high-stakes espionage capers, with Patrick Macnee returning as John Steed, and newcomers Gareth Hunt as Mike Gambit and Joanna Lumley as Purdey by his side. The trio are out to foil dastardly plots by whatever means necessary, defeating Nazis, mutated animals, sleeper agents, mysterious cults, mechanical killers, and assassins aplenty.
