The Nirvana Kids Custom Timber Oak Wood Bed Frame brings lasting appeal to a child’s bedroom through the details of its design. A broad timber border frames the headboard panel, drawing attention to the natural grain, while straight side rails and a low footboard give the base a neat, open outline. Slender tapered legs complete the shape, adding a subtle mid-century influence that transitions easily from a child’s room to a teenager’s space.

Built for everyday use in a child’s bedroom, the solid Victorian Ash Oak frame and heavy-duty pine slats give Nirvana a sturdy foundation through the growing years. A low footboard keeps the foot end open, while the choice of leg heights lets you opt for a lower frame for a younger child or greater clearance underneath.

Choose their size.
Available in Single, King Single, Double, Queen and King, with options to suit your child’s mattress and the space available in their bedroom. If you need dimensions outside the standard range, send us your measurements for a personalised quote.

Two mattress configurations.
With the recessed option, the mattress sits 2cm down inside the frame, leaving a visible timber border that highlights the oak and gives the base a more substantial look. Choose a flush fit to align the mattress edges with the base, creating a clean, streamlined outline without an exposed timber border.

Set the clearance.
Choose from 5cm, 10cm, 15cm or 20cm of clearance, measured from the floor to the bottom of the bed’s side rails. Shorter legs give Nirvana a lower profile, while taller legs raise the frame and leave more room for cleaning underneath.

Choose the colour and finish.

Tinted lacquer: Choose from light, natural-looking shades through to deeper timber tones, with a smooth protective coating that adds colour and seals the surface. The display model is Victorian Ash Oak finished with a Wheat sealer.

Livos Kunos natural oil: An optional linseed oil-based finish that enriches the timber’s colour and grain, creating a surface with a satin sheen. It can be refreshed over time using the recommended Livos care products.

Natural differences in grain and tone give every Nirvana its own character, with subtle variations in how the chosen finish appears across the timber.

Solid Support, Thoughtful Construction

The headboard combines a timber veneer centre panel with a solid Victorian Ash Oak border, giving the grain a beautifully defined frame. Solid oak side rails, legs and a low footboard continue the construction around the bed, with each element contributing to its sturdy timber structure.
