About this product
When Dublin band Gurriers released their 2024 debut "Come And See", they cemented themselves as one of the most urgent voices in Ireland’s thriving punk scene, pairing ferocious live energy with sharp reflections on digital anxiety and modern dread.
Their forthcoming second album, "Nobody’s Coming To Save You", pushes everything further. Recorded at Donegal’s Attica Studios and Holy Mountain Studios in London with producers Mark Bowen of Idles and Loren Humphrey (Geese, Cameron Winter), alongside engineer Chris Fullard (Idles, Sunn O))) and world-renowned mixer John Congleton (St. Vincent, Modest Mouse, Swans).
From the explosive tension of the title track to the industrial grind of ‘Shades’, the slow-burn devastation of ‘Drones’, and the dance-punk rush of ‘Party Lines’, Gurriers balance brutality with surprising dynamism. Nobody’s Coming To Save You captures a band escalating in every direction: louder, sharper, more ambitious, and impossible to ignore.
