Passion Silicone Weighted Kegel Ball Set

Give your pelvic floor a workout with this three step weighted Kegel Ball Set, designed to help you gradually build strength, control and confidence.

With three different weights to progress through, you can start at the level that feels right for you and work your way up as your pelvic floor becomes stronger. Each Kegel trainer features an internal steel weight surrounded by silky smooth, seamless silicone for comfortable insertion and wear.

As your muscles work to hold the trainer in place, the added weight provides resistance to help make your pelvic floor exercises more effective. The three progressive options range from 1.3 oz (36 g) to 2.2 oz (62 g), making it easy to adjust your training as your strength develops.

Each trainer also features a convenient retrieval cord for simple removal when your workout is complete.
