A portion of the base wine is traditionally crafted and aged on lees for a minimum of three years, contributing subtle texture, structure and layered character. The result is a sophisticated brut-style sparkling with crisp freshness, gentle brioche notes and a fine mousse, balanced by only 22gL of sugar and less than 0.5 ABV.

Developed over three years and refined through multiple iterations, Cuvée Genesis represents Pernelles Méthode Moderne approach combining traditional sparkling winemaking principles with innovative alcohol-removal techniques.
