Schild Estate is a family-owned winery that has been crafting wines in the Barossa Valley since 1952. Drawing on vineyards that include some of the oldest Shiraz vines in the world, the estate is renowned for producing wines that express the richness and character of this iconic Australian wine region.

Region amp Vintage Conditions

This non-vintage Sparkling Shiraz is produced from premium Barossa Valley Shiraz fruit. The regions warm days, cool evenings and diverse vineyard sites promote full flavour development while retaining natural freshness, creating an ideal foundation for a vibrant sparkling red wine.
