Star Scum City (Vinyl) (Import)

2charm is an Australian indie techno pop duo, known for their euphoric, genre-blending sound (hyperpop, indie-house, techno) and "g00ner" aesthetic, gaining buzz with singles like 'boyfriend' and collaborations with Ninajirachi.

2charm thrive in the nocturnal world of glitter and grime, hedonism and haunts; where beauty and chaos coexist. In 2charm's city - built on bright lights and the poetry of survival - dashes of indie-house, ethereal pop, techno, dubstep and baile funk are stirred and shaken into a sonic cocktail to cure all ailments. Think of them as the soundtrack for the moments to remember and those we’d prefer not to.

Last year, FBI Radio called their first singles 'Boyfriend' and 'Paris (to get you out of my mind)' "the two most exciting concept / gooner / yearner pop single releases of the year," - and 'Boyfriend' is comfortably pushing over 1 million streams online. Known for their danceable, hyperpop-infused sound blending indie-house, techno and funk, 2charm’s debut album 'Star Scum City' arrives on vinyl like a moment the world's been asking for lately. Tongue-in-cheek, high-energy, high-impact, stop-you-in-your-tracks beats.

With production by Australia's EDM sweetheart, Ninajirachi and with collaborations from 1tbsp , 'Star Scum City' is dance music that understands endurance. The kind that doesn’t burn out after a single night, but follows you home and settles into your vinyl collection and your memory once the sun rises. Pressed on black vinyl and includes a double-sided fold out poster.
