Tasting Notes
Appearance Deep red with a purple edge.
Aroma Aromas of black cherry, redcurrant, violet, mulberry, blackberry, raspberry, spiced plum, star anise, and clove.
Palate A full-bodied blend, with Malbec shining through showing its blackberry and mulberry fruit, spice, and leathery and smoky finish. Soft and subtle tannins.
Food Pairing
Ideal with stuffed capsicum and tomato or blue cheese and lamb.
