The Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate Fitting HT16 Gloss Nickel 6 Pack features six precision-machined brass hard tube fittings for 16mm tubing with G1/4-inch threads and EPDM O-ring sealing. Each fitting uses a flat base and high retention O-ring design to support easier installation and secure tube mounting throughout a full custom loop. The gloss nickel finish gives the pack a premium and consistent look across the build.

DeltaMate Fittings are water cooling connectors designed for the individual components of a custom water cooling loop. As expected from Thermal Grizzly quality, the fittings are precisely machined from brass. Brass, as an alloy of copper and zinc, offers the advantage of being anodically compatible with other metals while being harder and more corrosion-resistant than copper.
The sealing rings (O-rings) are made from highly elastic EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber), which is resistant to ozone and UV radiation. The robust design of the DeltaMate fittings allows for installation using an 8 mm hex key. The uniform outer diameter of all DeltaMate fittings ensures seamless integration of individual components.
The DeltaMate HT16 fitting in glossy nickel is designed for tubes (hard tubes) made of rigid plastics or metals with a 16 mm outer diameter. The HT16 fitting is designed for ease of tube measuring and installation. For this, the tube does not penetrate into the fitting but is mounted on top of it. For a premium finish that is also easy to clean, the fittings are coated with glossy nickel finish.
