Reduced to clear) The Thermal Grizzly Ryzen 7000 Series lapping tool is designed for AMD's AM5 processor series and is created to grind down the heatspreader in increments of 0.4mm, up to a total height of 1.6mm. When using the standard AMD mounting frame (SAM), a maximum grind of 1.0mm is allowed until the middle steps are reached.
