Through Crooked Aim has the feel of a record to accompany the listener on epic journeys through strange and daunting territories. Adjust the rearview mirror and press play as the landscape rolls behind you. Filmic. Atmospheric.
With classic Americana and Folk influences peppered throughout, it's a journey that rolls through valleys, painting its own rich, vivid pictures inhabited by troubled, nuanced characters looking for ways to keep going.
Mt. Desolation were formed by Tim Rice-Oxley and Jesse Quin of Keane.
