It has a focal length of 100mm and a maximum aperture of f/2.8. It is made with flat field-optical design, a multi-layer coating, and a nine-blade diaphragm. It has electronic contacts syncing of distance and aperture details to the camera body. It also features autofocus and a manual focus override.
